  • The refund conditions for your ticket and additional service are subject to your fare type.
    Know the conditions of each rate. Once your refund request is confirmed, it is not possible to cancel the transaction. Please note that when requesting a refund for a ticket, all routes not flown on this ticket will be cancelled.
  • To request a refund for additional services, such as seats, enter the additional service number (EMD). Do not enter the ticket number or reservation code, as your unfulfilled trips will be cancelled. Learn where to find your additional service number (EMD), get more information about conditions and process.
  • Starting June 1, 2023, any additional services you purchase for your reservation and decide not to use will only be refundable if your rate is L or XXL.
  • Additional services not provided for reasons attributable to the airline will be refundable for all fares.
    Due to banking processes, it may take up to 30 days for you to see the resources reflected in your account statement.
  • To request a refund for your LifeMiles ticket, contact our Contact Center.
  • If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, you must request your refund directly from your agency.
