      Make a request for a reservation, ticket, additional service, or avianca credits

      • Check the conditions of each fare. Once you confirm your refund request, you will not be able to cancel it. Please note that when requesting a refund for a ticket, all unused segments will be canceled.
      • You can choose to receive your refund in avianca credits or request it through the same payment method used to purchase your ticket. Please note that if you choose the original payment method and the transaction is rejected by your bank, the refund amount will be issued in avianca credits.
      • Remember that your avianca credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
