  • Check the conditions of each fare. Once you confirm your refund request, you will not be able to cancel it. Please note that when requesting a refund for a ticket, all unused segments and additional services will be canceled.
  • You can choose to receive your refund in avianca credits or request it through the same payment method used to purchase your ticket.
  • Please note that if you choose the original payment method and the transaction is rejected by your bank, the refund amount will be issued in avianca credits.
  • The refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations for your itinerary. The time it takes to be reflected in your account will depend on your bank’s policies and may take up to 30 days.
  • Review the contract of carriage.
